A Bucharest communique states; ’We are resuming the offensive in the Pceseal region and pursuing the enemy on the Transylvania slope. Most stubborn fighting .is progressing, and tho enemy attacking violently but hitherto unsuccessfully on the whole of the Carpathian front. All military news is reassuring. .
