Parcel rates Is, 3s and 3s for olbs , 7lbs., and 11 lbs. respectively, on parcels to members of New Zealand Expeditionary Force, apply also to parcels for soldiers and nurses of British, Australian or other Colonial or Allied forces in any part of the world.
