h is reported from German sources that the German fleet is actively preparing for another North Sea dash, using the new most powerful units, numerous submarines and the whole Zeppelin fleet. The Kaiser, Prince Henry and Hindenburg have arranged details for synchronising with the sea operations a military effort.
