Outbreaks of fire have, been numerous here lately, and systematic incendiarism is suspected. Last uiglit one of the tenants of Mr Newton King’s block discovered a fire in a sanitary convenience in an allevwav. a tew buckets of water extinguished it, but bad it. gone undiscovered for a little while the block would probably have been destroyed. Apparently kerosene was used.
