Our casualties were -! not heavy. ■ r/ . , ; The Australian and New Zealand !’ Monnteds displayed steadiness in bolding a strong flank attack and energy and initiative in pursuit, ■ I worthy of the highest praise. The' Territorials engaged did exl ceedmgly’ well, especially in | manoeuvring over heavy sand, del spite great beat. _ j Monitors firing from Mina Bay 1 assisted materially and the aviators’ . work was excellent.
