PURSUANT to an Order made by His Honour the Chief Justice on the Ist day of May, 1916, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims or demands upon or against the estate .of the abovenamed William Fitz Gerald Levin, who died at Eas-el-Tin Military Hospital, Alexandria, Egypt, on the 25th day of December, 1915, and whose Will and a Codicil thereto were proved by Gerald Fitz Gerald, of Wellington, Civil Engineer, Arthur Edward Pearce, of Wellington, Merchant, and Guy Featherston Johnston, of Wellington, Merchant (the Executors thereby appointed),' in the Wanganui Registry of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Wanganui District, on the 9th day of February, 1916, are hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claims to the said Gerald Fit Gerald, Arthur Edward Pearce and Guy Feathsrston John-' ston, to the care of the said Gerald Fitz Gerald, Brandon Street, in the City of Wellington, on or before the 21th day of July, 1916, aft-rr which date the said Gerald FitzGerald, Arthur Edward Pearce, and Guy Featherston Johnston will proceed to distribute the assets of the said William Fitz Gerald Levin anion get the parlies entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which the said Gerald Fitz Gerald, Arthur Edward Pearce and Guy Featherston Johnston have then had notice, and will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person of whose claim the said Gerald FitzGerald, Arthur Edward Pearce and Guy Featherston Johnston have not had notice at the time of distribution.
