SUPREME COURT.

Per Press Association. Wellington May 9. At the Supreme Court, John Henry Farrelly admitted a charge of forgery and false pretences and was admitted to probation for twelve -mouths. John Dillon was convicted of assault and robbery and remanded for sentence, Delia Pine and Charles Burrows were charged‘with assaulting William Fitzpatrick and causing bodily harm. Burrows pleaded guilty to the major charge and Pine admitted assault. The pleas were accepted and the prisoners remanded till Saturday. At the Supreme Court, George Wheeler received three years for giving the name of Edmund Caguey, ou four cheques.
