MISS ASQUITH’S MARRIAGE.

The Archbishop of Canterbury officiated at- Miss Violet Asquith’s marriage at Saint Margaret’s. Diplomatists, members of the Cabinet, and members of both Houses were presentt. The interior of the church was beautifully decorated with orange blossoms. An immense crowd ovationed the bride and her father on arriving. The King and Queen gave the bride a brooch with the Royal cyphers of the Crown.
