THE ENEMY MORE ACTIVE.
FUTILE ATTACK ON TRENCHES. KEEPING TIEi APPREHENSIVE. London, Nov. 26. A communique states that the enemy is growing in activity at the Dardanelles. Some days ago they attempted by three attacks to retake the trenches which the British captured on the 15th, but failed, the British infantry and the French artillery decimating the Turks, who fell back, leaving many dead. Mine warfare continues. The Turks axe well provided with miniitioiis. They are showing themselves nervous of our aircraft, which have bombarded the Constantinople-Dedeagatch rail - way line Our monitors are frequently bombarding the Asiatic coast, keeping the Turks constantly on the watch and obliging them to oppose ns. with important forces.
