United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Sydney, Oct .32. Charles Jenkins has been sentenced to death. The evidence showed that wheu he was discharged from a hospital he discovered that his wife had deserted her children and was living with another man. When he saw her, she assaulted him. Jenkins borrowed a gun and, meeting her in the street, shot her dead. [The tragedy took place in Orange. A man nabaed Clias. Jenkins shot his wife dead and then surrendered himself to the police.
