London, Sept. 30. The Press Bureau states that Mr I'tbur Henderson has announced at. having heard Lord Kitchener (1 Mr Asquith’s statements of the litary position on Tuesday, a nt Labour conference, with the filamentary Labour Party to-day, dared its belief that recruits for ; army, navy and war factories P be obtained by voluntary ithods. The conference, thereto. pledged itself to assist the Bvernment and had decided to ■anise a special Labour recruiting lipaign throughout the United The conference sugped that recruiting would be ■ e successful if the Government Bounced the results achieved in Bu-e. The conference must also ■fLtbat employers shall not pre- ■ workers from enlisting.
