AMUSEMENTS.

LEO, JAN AND MISCHEL CHERNIAVSKY. G-ood news : very good news is to hand. The 'young geniuses, Leo, Jan and Mischel Cherniavsky, violinist, pianist, and ’cellist, will visit Marten on 20th July, 1015. All music lovers, even a wider public than is implied in music lovers will hail with delight these sturdy young Russian artists. It is interesting to note that the first Australian War Fund was started by the Cherniavsky’s in Brisbane and the first donation received by the Mayor of that city was from them. During their visit to Brisbane they gave one concert in aid of the fund, which is now larger than the war funds of any of the other States. Leo, Jan and Mischel Cherniavsky have had enormously succcessful tours in Europe, Africa, Asia and Australasia. The young artists can rest assured that they will get a good reception on their visit to this town. Of all the concert parties that have visited this country since the Clara Butt Tour, the Cherniavsky’s have been the strongest attraction. The plan will he at Mogridge’s and seats should he hooked as soon as possible. It is to be hoped that residents will rise to the occasion, and appreciate the visit of these famous Russian artists.
