FEILDING COURT.

At Feildiug Court this morning, Don Bleak ley, W. H. Foster and William Osborne were charged with allowing horses to wander at Rongotea, Foster was fined 60s and 7s costs, Bleakley 10s and 7s costs, and Osborne 10s and 7s costs.

Judgment was given for plaintiffs in the following cases:—D. P. Barrett v. Herbert Cross, claim £6, costs £1 3s 6d ; L. M. Horricbs and A. Clemas, 10s fid, costs ss; G. H. Lucas v. James Buick, £ll Is, costs £1 12s fid; Spence and Spencfe v. T, Fowell, £fi 13s, costs £ll 26s d; Bissett and Bissett v. Wm. Waite, £1 8s fid, costs ss; G. H. Matthews v. Jas, Buick, £fi 14s, costs £1 9s fid; Ongley and Kelly v. George Wood, £ll 8s fid, costs £1 6s; H. Divehall v. A. Peterkiu, £3, costs 7s.
