"JVT OTICB is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913,” and the regulations made thereunder, that the Special Eoli of the Mangaweka-Te Kapua Special Eating District over which it is proposed to levy a special rate to provide the interest and other charges on a special loan of £SOO proposed to be raised by the Eangitikei County Council under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of metalling with burnt papa portions of the Manga-weka-Te Kapua Eoad, between the Makohine Stream and Murray’s Track, is deposited for public inspection at the office of the Council, High Street, Marton, until the Bth day of December, 1914.
