United Press Association—-By Electric Telegraph —Copyright. .Loudon, Nov. 8(5. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Company show a profit of £121,724. Preference and ordinary dividends of five per cent, will be paid. In view of the abnormal conditions created by the war and drought in Australia, and in view of special provision which will be available next year for reserves and premises account, from liquidation of the New Zealand Land Association, which is practically completed, and will exceed last year’s estimate, the directors decided to carry forward the whole balance of £55,379.
