Abraham and williams, LTD., have been instructed to sell by public auction at their rooms, MARTON, on SATURDAY, the 21st day of March, 1914, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon : First. All that piece of land situate on the Calico Road in the district of Rangitikei, in the Provincial District of Wellington, containing by admeasurements three (3) . acres more or less being part of the section numbered 36 on the official map of the; said District of Rangitikei. Secondly- All that piece of land situate in the District of Rangitikei aforesaid and adjoining the land first hereinbefore described and containing by admeasurements eleven acres (11a.) or thereabouts and being part of the said Section numbered 36 upon the plan of the Rangitikei District. The mortgagee’s estimate of value and conditions may be seen at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, Palmerston North, up to the date of sale and on the date of sale at the Auctioneers without payment of any fee.
