United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received February 37, 9 a.m. Berlin, February 36
A writer in the paper Die Post advocated immediate war as the only means of extricating from her intolerable situation among European Powers. He says that in the lives of nations there are com plications and dangers which can only be disposed of b? the sword. He continues: "Our situation to day belongs to this category. At the moment conditions are favor able. France is not ready to light, Britain is involved in inter colonial and colonial difficulties, and Russia shrinks from war because she tears revolution. Bhall we wait until our opponents are ready, or shall we use the favourable moment to force a decision?”
