There was a great gathering at Doncaster The match of interest was the meeting of the crack two-year-olds in the Champagne Stakes. Tetrach defeated Stornoway in a canter. This is Tetraoh's seventh consecutive win. He is already favourite for next year's Derby.

Spring Handicap, 1% milesRoosevelt 1, Mysteriarch 2,- Matiow 3. Scratched: Arioru and Otahu. Won by two lengths? Time, 2miu 14sec
