RULES AND CONDITIONS. • 1 All teams must be on the ground and ready to start at 9,45 a.m., when drawing will take place. 3 Area to ba ploughed; Up to one acre at the direction of the Committee, The time allowed will he at the rate of 4}.< hours for double furrow, and three hours for three furrows per imperial acre, including 30 minutes for luncheon.
