STOCK REPORT, Abraham & Williams reportWe had a good yarding of slieep and a small yarding of catt-le at Bunterville on Tuesday. Quotations; Wether lambs good 10s 7d to 11s, mixed lamb* 8s 7d to 9s Bd, 2 tooth wethers 18s 8d to 14s, store ewes Bk, fat cows £4 8s 6d to £6 us. At Taihape on Wednesday we had a very heavy yarding of sheep and a medium entry of cuttle. Bidding for sheep was slack hut we managed to quit the balk the yarding --t satisfactory prices. Quotations: Beat ewe lambs 11s, best wether lambs 10s 7d, small lambs 2s 9d to os to 6s 9d, fat and forward wethers 15s Id to 17s, fat ewes 18s 2d, 2 tooth ewes in lamb 14s 9cl, 4 tooth ewes in lamb 14s 4d. in calf £3 17s 6d, springing cows £5 5s to £7. Loan & Mercantile report:—At Palmerston North on Thursday we had a moderate entry of sheep and a heavy yarding of cattle. There was a good demand and practically every line was sold. A verv nice line of 100 2 year steers on account of Mr Ghas. Carr realised £4. Quotations: —Sheep, cull owes in lamb 6s 3d, forward ewes 10s 5.1, mixed lambs 18s Id. Cuttle, weauers small 15s 6d, weaner heifers small 3Ts Gd, weaner steers 80s, store cows £2 3s 6d to £3 5s 9d, cows in calf £3 to £5, forward cows £4 to £4 fat cows £5, small hellers in calf £3 10s to £4 7s 6d, heifers in £4 17s 6d to £5 ss, springing heiiVrs £6 7s 6d to £G 15s, 3 year steers £8 17s 6d to £4, forward bullocks.£7.
