8, Competitors to make a crown in the centre of.tbeir lot and have two finishes. 9. No competitor must stop his neighbour more than five minutes All time over will be deducted from him and allowed to the man delayed. 10. Protests as to delay must be made to the Ground Committee at the time or will not be allowed. Five of the Ground Committee will form a quorum. 11. Either a or 4 horses will constitute a team; 4, 5 or G for three furrows. 12. Competitors on starting will receive s ticket with their number on it, and on completion of their land, the secretary or a member of the committee will mark the finishing time and collect the ticket for the judges. 13. The decision of the judge will be final. The judge shall have power to award such prizes as he thinks fife in case of inferior work. 14. No competitor will be allowed on his laud after finishing until the judging is completed. 15. A competitor will be allowed to slide his plough once round the lots to take his finish. 16. Any points not provided for in the rules or any dispute arising shall be settled by the Ground Committee whose deciisoa shall be final. IT. The Committee reserves the right to alter any of the above rules or to alter the date of the match should occasion arise. IS. No one will be allowed to walk over allotted ground nutill judging is completed. 1 As the matches are principally for the improvement of home ploughing, no cut will be allowed except where otherwise specified, and all ploughs will be examined by two members of the committee and for any infringement of the rule the competitor will not be eligible for a prize. 20.
