Sydney, May 8. -he burglar who entered .Kelly's residence left a note "King of the received a telephone call asking if thev had heard anytning of a burglary at the residence ot Kerr a bookmaker, at Coogee the speaker declaring himself to be the "King of the Thieves." The Sun communicated with. Ken- who, on examining, iound his office had been burgled and £oo worth of nostal notes and cheques taken. A~note singed "King of the Thieves." was on the table t.ianking him'for some cigars he had aparrested in the city with some of the missing property in his possession.
