THE AGRA MURDER CASE.
United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Agra, January 13. The police have identified the seventh accused, named Mohon, who has not been arrested. Budhu confessed that Mohon was Mrs Clark’s actual murderer. Several of Mrs Fulham’s letters to Clark were produced, where they referred to getting rid of his wife. Clark’s statement contradicted portion of Kathleen’s evidence. He declared that he did not instigate the murder, which was the work of thieves. Bndhn’s evidence was false. Mis Fulham’s statement describing the arrangement for his wife’s murder was untrue. It was made when she was annoyed at his wife and him. The magistrate framed charges of murder against Budhu. Romlal, Kitkhia, Budhakanir, and charges of abetting against Clark and Mrs Fulham.
