A PARIS TRAGEDY.
United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. . Paris, December 9. A so-called Captain Willis and Mrs Lily Allen, Londoners, were found dead in a fashionable house in the Rue do Kivoli. Each was holding an English army revolver to the mouth. Received December lO.^lJp.m. London, December 9. Regarding the double suicide of “Captain” Willis and Mrs Lily Allen at Paris, Willis’ relatives state that Willis, though married, became infatuated with theTfasciuating foreigner at Ostend. The pair came to London, where, however, the position became intolerable and they fled to Paris. The woman pawned her 'jewellery and clothes. Willis returned to London, but failed to obtain money. He went to Paris on the woman’s urgent appeal for help and toot two revolvers with him.
