Dalgety and Co. report on Palmerston sale: —A fair entry of sheep and cattle sold as below: Small 2-tooth wethers Is Sd, forward 2-tooth ewes 14s Bd, yearling steers to £3 Gs, balls £4 15s. * Abraham and Williams report on Palmerston sale: —Light fat woolly ewes 18s, mixed hoggets pis 7d to 16s Bd, fat shorn ewes 15s, fat shorn wethers 17s lOd, forward shorn ewes 11s 9d, 2-tootn wethers 14s, yearling steers £3 2s, store cows £2 10s to £3 19s, light fat cows £5 4s, bulls £2 13s to £3 13s, Holstein grade bulls £lO 10s to 13gs.
