DICTATOR WILLIS

United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received December G, 10 a.m. Melbourne, Decembre G. Speaker Willis visited the Federal Parliament. Interviewed he said that when he became Speaker the Oppositionists were like cubs and he left them like lambs. They were all well trained now and fit to be Sunday school teachers. He thought the' coming elections will bring changes, but when all is over the balance will rest with him. He is a non-party man, and would continue to govern the country, which would be safe if he had the balance of power. There is no doubt about that Arbitration Court.
