In the House of Commons so far only 78 lines of the Home Rule Bill have been closured without discussion. Forty-eight amendments were discussed, and 771 not discussed. There was heated discussion on a resolution allocating time for debating the Welsh Disestablishment Bill, which Mr Churchill extended for two days.
