General Schauuia, chief of the Austrian General Staff, visited Berlin, and had a prolonged conference with Count Moltke. Berlin, November 24. Archduke Franz Ferdinand is visiting the Kaiser, and will attend a Court hunt in Hanover. The Kaiser’s guests include Herr Von Hollweg, General Tirpitz, Herr Wachter Kiderlin, and the chiefs of the general staff.
