TURCO-ITALIAN WAR.

$ United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph Copyright. Received October 16, 8.30 a.m. Rome, October 15.

Italy could not consider such a demand, and therefore will prosecute the war with vigour unaffected by the events in the Balkans wherefrom he has no fears for the peace of Europe.
