The Premier in moving the allocation of time for the Home Rule Bill, said Government to give fifty sittings to the committee stage and there was no foundation for the charge against Government of gagging tlie House. They were determined to pass the measure this session. Government was considering whether Ulster Day speeches were breaches of a Privy Councillor’s oath.
