Yuan Shih Kai’s fresh nominees are all mediocrities. - The Commandant of Hankow telegraphed that unless the Assembly ceases to obstruct the Government he will bring troops to Peking and burn out the Assembly. . Yuan Shib Kai is gaining the support of all parties except the Tung Men Hue, which desires. Sun Yat Sen aa President and Tan Shan Go Shal as Premier.
