STOCK SALE. Loan & Mercantile reposts;—At FeUding oo Frida? we had a , fair yarding of both sheep end cattle.' Owing to the vary wet day sheep did not look as well as they might have done. Prices, however, were well maintained in sheep. We disposed of all oui entry at satisfactory figures, although we passed in one or two pens of cattle. We quote: Cull hoggets 4s 6d. medium hoggets 8s 2d, mixed hoggets 7a 10d, small ewe hoggets 8a iOd. cull wethers 8a 3d, other mixed hoggets lie lid, ewe hoggets 13s to 13a 6d, ewes la lamb to Hs 4d. Store cows £l, small weaners 18s 6d, springing heifers £5 13s 6d to £7, fat heifers £6 Ga, light fat heifers £5 33a, springing cows to £7 17s 6rt Messrs Gortoci & Son report: —At Feiiding, on Friday, \we had a large entry in hotb sheep and cattle, and. in spite of the rough weather, sold the whole of our entry but a couple of peas of sheep and six head of cattle.
