The Tofcalisator Commission took the evidence of Rev, Nicholson- Superlntendent of the Scripture Instruction campaign. He was opposed the micbine on the grounds that -t legalised gambling, and a blunder vould be made, as vested interns in gambling when created were difficult to abolish.
