MURDER BY A SOLDIER.
United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Calcutta, April 27. Private 1 James Ooghlan, of the Royal Irish Fusiliers, was accused of entering a dining room at Feroxopore and shooting Sergeant Young, the same regiment, dead. Coglban asked the jndge of the Punjab Chief Court to hang him and not to send him to prison. He thanked the jndge when the death Kntence was passed.
