A Meeting of the above Branch will be held in Mangawekd, on SATURDAY, March 19th, at 2.30 p.m. All Farmers in the district are invited to attend. Mr J. C. Fowler. From Wednesday, 28rd March, to Tuesday, 29th March, Sunday excepted, an Extra Express train will leave Auckland ah 10.85 a.m., Marton 2.80 a.m., Feilding 8.17 a.m. for Wellington. Prom 2Std March to 29th March, Saturday excepted, an Extra Express train will run between Wellington and Auckland, leaving Feilding 12.55 a.m., Marton 1.88 a.m. for Auckland. From 24th March to 29th March, Sunday excepted. Extra Mail trains will run between Wellington and Wanganui, leaving Feilding 12.83 p.m., Marton 1 35 p.m. for Wanganui. Leaving Marton 1.26 p.m., Feilding 2.87 p.m. for Wellington. On these dates the ordinary Down Mail train, will not take passengers from Wanganui, Aramoho, Feilding and intermediate stations except for stations on Main Trunk Line, and the ordinary Up Mail train will not take passengers from Feilding, Fordell, and intermediate stations except for stations on the Main Trunk Line and stations north of Aramoho at ..which the Mail Train stops. From 24th to 29th March, the usual 11.10 a.m, train Taihape to Marton will not run. ZEALAND RAILWAYS.
Special Passenger train, connecting at Marton with Extra Mail train to''Wellington, will leave Taihape at 10*15 a.m., arriving Marton 1.10 p.m. On Good Friday Special Night trains will run between Wellington and Wanganui leaving Wellington 11.15 p.m. on 24th, Feilding 4.60 a.m, (25th), Marton 5.50 a.m. for Wanganui. Leave Wanganui 12.30 a.m. on 25th, Marton 2.44 a.m., Feilding 3.40 a.m. for Wellington. The 12.80 p.m. Special will stop after leaving Longburn at Shannon Levin, Otaki, and stations Paekakariki to Wellington. SPORTS AT PALMERSTON N. 28th MARCH. FEILDING RACES, 28th & 29th MARCH. ' On 28th and 29th March, passenger train will leave Wanganui 625 a.m., Marton 8.45 a,m.. arriving Feilding 9.52 a.m., returning from Feilding at 6.85 p.m. for Wanganui and Taihape. The usual 4.50 p.m. train Palmerston to Wanganui and Taihape will be delayed to leave Palmerston at 5.20 p.m., and the usual 7.10 p.m. train, Marton to Taihape, will be delayed to leave Marton at 7.35 p.m. On 28th March, the usual 4.35 p.m. train, Wanganui to Taihape and Palmerston will be delayed to leave Wanganui at 5.15 p.m. HOLIDAY EXCURSION TICKETS, available for return until 26th April will be issued to Feilding on 29tb March by the 6,25 a.m., Special from Wanganui, by the first ordinary trains from Wanganui, Taihape and intermediate stations.
