Ex-Oonnoillor William Young of Kingston-on-Thames has bean sentenced to 3 years’ penal servitude for stealing £6600, funds of the Workmen’s Club Building Society, The books were practically not audited for 17 years. Fiveash, the Society’s auditor, has since committed snioide.
