BOATING FATALITY.

A sailing boat ;; overturned s off Petrel Island on Friday morning. The crew of four clung to.the bottom and drifted for 18 hours.'* Three landed greatly exhausted, but the fourth Petterson was drowned after clinging to the boat for 14 hours.
