Servia’s revised Note to the Powers states that she is prepared to maintain normal neighbourly relations with Austria and demands from Austria no compensation, or otherwise, arising from the annexation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the latter being declared to be a European question, and Servia relies upon the equity cf.the Powers in the matter, Sarvia’s offer was made a£ter the terms thereof were revised by M. Isvoisky.
