ProfessorJßrowu, of Kew Zealand, in the course of a lecture at the University. declared that Australia had uo need to fear Japanese aggression, as Japan had never adopted an aggressive policy. The Pacific would ho an arena of history, because the largest uuexploited labour quarry in the world existed on the coast of Asia. Ho advanced the theory that the difficulty regrading the development of tropical Australia could bo overcome by the evolution of a now race, winch would be a coloured race.
