Ho urged the amendment of the Compensation for Accidents Act, so that a worker might receive compensation for accidents from the time of his incapacity through injury. He also urged that the Act for compeusation should coyer every worker. Regarding local bodies lie hold that no such feotly should bio allowed to borrow money without making pro? viisou for a sinking fund, The Hon, George favoured granting the freehold and objected tQ the endowment proposals.
