SCULLING

Press Association —Copyright. Sydney, July 13. Webb, the New Zealand sculler, is taking matters rather easily this week, though strong winds made the Paramatta anything but a pleasant bit of water for rowing. The visitor’s rowing generally brightened at the finish and his stroke pushes the swing right homo _ vigorously. Ho is at a disadvantage in having no one to accompany him. There has been no opportunity of gauging his pace. Towns says ho feels well, though his looks do not convey that impression. He is doing a largo amount of solid work, his brother and Fogwell making the pace for him.
