COUNTY At a Special Meeting of the above Council held on Saturday, Bth June, 1907, a resolution was passed making and levying, bj vray of Special Order and under the provisions of “ The Rating Act, 1904,” and section 5 of « The Counties Act Amendment Act, 1900,” a separate rate of one farthing in the £ sterling to provide a portion of the cost of metalling on the Tai-hape-Otuarei Road, such separate rate to ba levied within the particular portion of tba County of Rangitikei defined in such Special Order, and to be for the period commencing Ist April, 1907, and ending 81st March, 1908, and to be payable in one sum at the office of the Rangitikei County Council, High Street, Marion, on the 20 h day of July, 1907.
