O'NEILL'S BUCKJUMPERS.

'The O'Neill's Bnckjumpers met with U big reception at Marton on Saturday night. Tho large tout wa« filled with an oagor crowd, who were clearly on the lookout for fun—and they were not disappointed. The show was novel, and at times very exciting. Among the many interesting items were the high jumping of the mare Ruby, the tricks of the clever pony Sandow, and the daring riding of Miss Burton and the O'Neill Bros. Tho performance of Sid O'Neill in riding a very virions bnckjurnper back to front met with enthusiastic applause. The lassoo work of Mexican Bill was a decidedly neat and clever exhibition. The only successful amateur rider was Mr Dick Meads (Silverhope), who rode a fiery mustang bareback for the prescribed time, and won hearty applause for his performance. During the evening Mr E. O'Neill offered a sovereign to any person j who succeeded in saddling a particularly active steed within five minutes. The challenge was readily accepted by Mr Amos Pliippin, and to the delight of everybody lie was successful in his attempt. Ho went about his work very neatly, and mot with quite an ovation as he loft the ring. The most, amusing item of all was "Fun in tho Stockyard," which gave the young riders of tho district plenty of amusement.
