THE RUSSIAN SITUATION.
Mutiny at Kieff. Press Association—Copyright. St. Petersburg, June 19. A battalion of sappers at Kieff mutinied and fired volleys at random. A captain and three men were killed and CO were wounded. Five loyal battailous surrounded and disarmed tho mutineers; 250 wero arrested and 193 escaped. Three bombs were discovered in the Selenghi regiment'B barracks.
