MR McNAB AT STRATFORD.

Tho Minister on arrival was greeted by tho biggest downpour ever experienced hero, Broadway being flooded for some time and a stream of water 18 inches doop flowing through tho County Hotel from back to front; Stohr's Chemist shop, the Kew Zea* land Clothing Factory and the BanK of Australasia .adjoining the lid to 1 wore also flooded out and water flooded several other shops and dwellings. Betweou throo and four inches of rain fell in about two liours. Reports from outside show" that the deluge was confined to tho immediate neighbourhood of .the mountain.
