PRINCE IN SEARCH OF A WIFE.
The following advertisement, under the heading in large letters, “A Princely Crown To Be Disposed Of.” appeared not long ago in Berlin in the Vossische Zeitung: — “APrince, Serene Highness, Lord-in-Waiting, in the middle of the twenties, Catholic, healthy, towally free from debt, is, as a younger son, placed by the laws of primogeniture before the alternative of marrying for money in order to maintain the position which his title requires. “His Serene Highness is on the look-out for a very sympathetic lady, not over 26 years of age, full of soul, and with a warm heart for art and nature. “ Dowry not less than £250,000, of which,£so,ooo must be in ready money. “ References from persons of the highest position.”
