The management announce tho screening of a specially selected programme of films for Good Friday evening, commencing at ls.|(j p.m. Although the programme cannot bo strictly termed sacred every subject has boon chosen to suit tho occasion. For Saturday night a big feature programme will be shown containing three big star subjects and headed by a tin" industrial drama entitled "The Living Wage.'' This story shows a millionaire who is dissatisfied with the demands of his employees for higher wages and determines to see if six dollars a week are uot sufficient to live upon. His endeavours to exist on this wage are both interesting aud humorous. The supporting star is a Chinese drama of unusual interest, entitled, "Four Grains of Rice," in which suspense, temptation aud resistance play an important part. The final item is a big star Comedy "One Busy Day," which is simply a cataract of laughter.
