WEDDING BELLS

A quiet but pretty weddirg was solemnised in All c'aint9' Church, Auckland, un Wednesday last, when when Mr John Patrick Sadler, of Papakura, and Miss Elsie Birdsall, only daughter of Mr and Mtb J. D. Birdsall, of Whangatea, were united in the bondß of matroniony.

The newly-formed ladits' physical culture class was instructed for the first lime on Tuesday evening last, when the band room was taxed to its utmost capacity. The organiser, Mi a M. Trooper Diake was bom in Auckland and educated at the Mount Eden school. He was employed as a cadet on a farm at Hunua when he enlisted.
