Notice is heroby givon of the intention of the Frauklin County Council at a meeting to be held on the sth Day of September, 1912, under the provisions of Sections 117 to lit) of The Counties Act. 1808, and The Bating Act, 1908. To make the following rates for the year commencing on the First Day of April, 1912, and ending om the 31st Day of March, 1913. A goneral Bate of 123-256tha of a Id. is the £ upon the unimproved value of all the rateable properties in the Hunua Road District and a general rate of onefart bing in the & upon the capital value of all the rateable properties in the outlying of Hunua Riding, and the Pukekohe Riding, Awhitu Riding, Drury Riding, Maubu Riding, Mercer Riding, Waiuku Riding and the Waipipi Riding as appearing on tho valuation roll in force for the said period. The said rate will be due and payable in one sum at the County Office, King Street, Pukokohe, on tho 21st Day of September, 1912. Notice of Bye-Laws fop Heavy Traffic. Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of tho Drury Road Board hold on Saturday, the 17th day of August, 1912. A resolution, tho object and purport of which is hereunder set out, was duly passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meetiug of the Board to be held on WEDNESDAY, the 18th day of September, 1912, at tho Board's Office, Drury, at 7.30 p.m. RESOLUTION. " Iu exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 151 of' The Public Works Act, 1908,' the Drury Road Board hereby makes by Special Order a By-law forbidding the conduct of particular kinds of traffic on the roads under its control unloss tho cost of reinstating tho road is previously paid to it.
