At tlio last meeting of the Pulcekiuva branch of the N.Z. Fanners' Union Mr 0. Bro water occupied tho chair. 'Mr V. Dunlop, the delegate to the Farmers' Union Conference held iu May last, gave a general outline of what transpired, and the booklet containing a full report was distributed to the members. A letter was read from the Tuakau Progressive he; igue ro improving the sales hold in the Tuakau yards. Messrs T. Murray, 0. Brewster, and V. Duulop were appointed delegates to attend a meeting lo lie ('eld in Onowhero on August -Ist for the purpose of discussing the matter.
